- I have a 70" Samsung Smart TV, and the picture became really bad. The colors were off, it just looked awful. I couldn't find any TV repair company that knew what the issue could be, and told me they would probably not be able to fix it. Than I called Don's TV...Don knew right away what the issue may be, and even gave me a rough idea of the total cost of repair. I had my husband bring the TV in on Wednesday. A few days later the parts came in and the TV was ready to be picked up. The TV is back at my home and working like new! I highly recommend Don to anyone having issues with their TV's. - Great local TV repair shop! I had strange lines running across my 46" Samsung TV and finally decided to get it fixed. I called around, Don gave me the best quote I could find. I brought the TV in on Monday afternoon, and picked it up Tuesday afternoon, and it works like new. I am very happy with the fiends, affordable service I received from Dons TV. - A power surge bypassed my surge protector, and got to the power board of my TV. The TV is a curved screen Samsung TV. I took the TV to Don's TV Service in Mint Hill, NC. Within a few hours, I had a firm repair quote. The TV was repaired to as new condition within a few days for the quoted price, which I consider to be a fair repair price. - Video on my TV but no sound. Friendly service sound control circuit stopped working properly and needed to be replaced. Fair priced tv repair and willing to go the extra mile. Had to order sound control circuit and buffer circuits that controlled sound, took a week, but not a problem. Will definitely contact in the future for electronic repairs. got my TV fixed for a fair price. Total repair cost was $150 dollars and that was with 3 circuits replaced. It was repaired within 1 week that I’d brought the TV in. Most places charge $110 and more just to look at it diagnose it. Great place to help with TV’s and electronics. - I would recommend Don’s TV Service. Best Buy quoted me $500 to fix my 40” Samsung LCD but Don did it for all $250. Yes, I had to bring the TV to Don but to save $250, it was worth it. Don’t let Don’s mono-tone demeanor concern you. He did a great job quickly!- David Frescatore. 11/20/2009
